Recently stayed at the Horseshoe with the family and we were very happy with the accommodations. Check in and check out took about 3 minutes. We had an updated room and it was very nice. Casino was clean but did smell like a lot of smoke. The convenience of the location was the key. It’s right in the middle of everything! We would definitely stay here again.
I’ve stayed here twice, and both times have been incredible. Aside from the strong cigarette smell while passing through the casino to get to the room, and the ongoing issues with the parking kiosk whenever I try to leave the lot, everything else has been great. The location of the hotel is excellent—it’s easy to get to the Strip and everywhere else I had planned to visit. The price is also fair compared to other hotels on the Strip. Horseshoe Las Vegas will always be on my list of hotels to consider whenever I visit Las Vegas. Included are some videos from my last stay—got a sweet upgrade!
Beds are comfy, shower was great. Location was right in the middle of everything. Those were really the only good points. Air conditioner couldn't keep the room below 70. We sleep at 67 at home, so this may not be an issue for others. Zero customer service. Valet was very crazy. We had 2 very rude baggage check worker encounters until a nice lady helped us. She was the only pleasant and helpful employee we dealt with the entire 4 days on property. Young front desk employee seemed like she hated her life at check in and literally huffed, sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked a question about the housekeeping waiver they have you sign when checking in. The pool was closed, they sent you to the Paris pool and it needed serious attention. There are great places to stay all around the strip, I'd choose somewhere else.
