Horsham International Hotel

I originally booked a room at this motel as it had good reviews and a restaurant on site. I will be booking this place again as it was fantastic, the staff were so helpful they even assisted me by purchasing a ticket on line for me that I had issues with the day prior. The restaurant has absolutely beautiful food and the waitress was so attentive and friendly. I was on my own so she came and spoke with me, I felt awkward eating alone but she made me feel so much better after our chat. I can't rate this place highly enough. I felt safe, comfortable and everything was so clean, I will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff

I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. I stayed here for work and the staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried. I advised I was arriving late and they made sure I was able to get a very good meal in the onsite restaurant on arrival. They were super welcoming and nothing I asked was too much. They are located on a busy road but I had a room to the back and heard nothing and the room was comfortable with everything I needed. Thank you!

I had now problems with the Hotel itself. I have stayed here a number of times before. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. However the was very poor reception on the TV. Lots of interference with made viewing very difficult. The restaurant however was a different story. I booked for dinner, travelling on my own, I was shown to my table [set for two] and handed a menu with no explanation. The size of the meals and the prices were over the top. I was confused until I heard the waitress explain to the couple on the next table that the menu was designed as a shared menu and the meals were all for two people. I called her over and told her that I was travelling on my own and could I have a half serve as I couldn't possibly eat a meal that size. I was very curtly told that there could be no change to the menu and I was in the wrong place. So I left and will not be staying there again.
