Hortas de Baixo Luz de Tavira

We spent 2 nights here in mid July. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house. The place was fairly easy to find, there were instructions from Antonio on WhatsApp. It got a bit confusing where to park and how to access the house but we made it! The house was very clean, two ladies were just finishing cleaning as we arrived - they were lovely! It’s is really well equipped, I don’t think there was anything we lacked. We made our own meals there as the kitchen is great and bbq outside with everything we needed (coals etc). And the most beautiful courtyard/garden with loads of seating to relax in. The pool is brilliant - clean, good size for a bit of swimming, warm enough for a very spoilt Australian. Approx 27 deg. My only suggestion is that the beds are very very hard - maybe get some toppers. I generally like a firm mattress but these were too hard for me. Everything else was great.

Beautiful spacious and clean 4p holiday home. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave and dishwasher. Good shower also for tall people. Everything neat and good quality. Lovely rear terrace with beautiful views over the orange grove and absolute tranquility! Excellent private swimming pool a little further away (200m) in the other part of the complex.

Wir wahren so fröhlich. Wir kommen also an und holen die Schlüssel. Als wir das Haus betraten waren wir schockiert. Die Toiletten voller Schimmel, alles voller Staub, alte Möbel und kaputte Mikrowelle. Die Bettlagen hatten Dreck darauf und der Kühlschrank klebte. Nicht zu empfehlen. Viel zu kleine Betten. Ecken hatten teilweise Insekten.
