The room which I got was absolutely nice. Friendly reception staff. Slightly away from Geneva city center so quiet environment. Public transportation easily accessible. No 5 stars because the breakfast was not really worth it for what we paid.
Pretty old building, furniture, interior design and objects. Rooms however have decent size and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast offered was ok, and staff are very friendly, however they don't always speak English so you either use signs and very common words or learn French or German. Prices are good, especially for Geneva
For the price it should be a lot better. Rooms are dull and old. No power sockets next to the bed (come on it's 2019!) AC doesn't work. TV doesn't work Fridge is loud. Elevator is bumpy. The street starts to be loud from 6am. Staff is friendly and location is convenient but that's not enough for me and the price.
