Stayed here two nights, which was my second visit. Excellent service and the restaurant meals were superb. Definitely the place to stay in the Chablis area.
We had the good fortune to find this hotel and are sure glad we did. At this very nice little inn centrally located in Chablis, we received friendly and helpful service, a very comfortable room in an historic building, and were able to easily walk around the old town of Chablis. The hotel also has a fantastic in-house restaurant which served great food at reasonable prices.
Ok room. Has air conditioning. Very hard bed. No where to sit in the garden or outside unless you plan to order something. Getting service takes for ever. We satt for 15 min in the lobby area before someone asking us if we want to order something. Not big fan of the restaurant. The baked goods in the beginningwas delicious. I don't think they check the food. I had traditional food from the region (THE EGGS - very blend) and a fish/cheese course that was ok for a few bites, but made me want to puke). My husbad told me his food was just ok. the dessert had almost butter instead of cream and the merengue was super thick. I don't think they taste the food before they send it out... breakfast was ok. I could stay at the hotel again, but no dinner at the hotel.
