Hostellerie Du Val De Sault

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this well appointed, family-run hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. We were told there had been many improvements & upgrades over the past two years & it is certainly a fantastic place The room was wonderful, with comfortable bed, quiet air con,soft towels & bathrobes with a fabulous terrace that boasted stunning views. The recreational facilities were top-notch, outside pool & decking area well maintained with beautiful views - Spa area, with heated pool, bubble jets , part covered, with lounging areas .. again wonderful views The menu was varied & interesting, with delicious, beautifully cooked, well-presented dishes. Working with farmers, using only the best local produce. Fantastic wine collection in the ‘cave’, which is temp controlled behind the glass, a beautiful display which can be viewed in the buffet area Best breakfast buffet I have experienced for many years, large choice of hot & cold foods to suit most tastes including large selection of homemade breads, cakes, biscuits, pastries & pancakes. Whole fresh fruits to eat or juice, yogurts, cheeses, hams .. and lots more .. The service was impeccable, throughout our stay & nothing was too much trouble. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay, with a touch of luxury Perfect place for a relaxing break away , charming village of Sault is just a few Km away , & could easily be walked if desired . Beautiful lavender region with very scenic surroundings and very welcoming locals Already looking forward to our next stay !

Really nice place, views to the mountains, good room, pool and hot pool. Nice restaurant although quite slow service for us. Excellent breakfast! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing place for a perfect Ventoux experience. Highly suggest the restaurant as well, very premium menu and tasty as expected !
