We went for a friend’s wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and well taken care of, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the wedding was put together so beautifully!! Would love to go back and spend a vacation in this place… it’s worth it!!

I chose this place for a very important moment that is the Christmas Dinner with my family. We have enjoyed a spectacular gastronomy and adorable place with a pretty nice decoration. However, the organization and personal service were not ok. We reserved with 2 weeks in advanced and as required we paid the totality. When we arrived, the reception have everything prepared except a table for us, since they wanted us to sit sharing with another people. I found this not appropiate given that we are 5 people that is enough for 1 table and a basic requirement in my opinion. So, we needed to wait for an extra table. Then, we were treated as last minute costumers, so no chance to choose dessert. I dont really recommend this place for important ocassions. Needs to improve a lot the service and organization which in moments of trouble can be fatal and provoke bad experiences at not the right moment.

I came for a wedding, so my review is based on that. 1) hotel allowed guests not part of the wedding to wonder around and among the wedding party ceremony outside 2) left front door open so that mosquitoes and wild dogs could get in 3) every hotel staff member was dressed as if the were super casually...one was wearing jeans with holes cut in them 4) no separation of the wedding venue part from the rest of the hotel or lobby 5) furniture in the lobby was literally falling apart with pillows that had stains all over them I don't recommend this place.
