Beautiful hotel, full of antique & history, friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, the food is delicious, the spa is amazing, I tried the lavender relax massage with ( katherine) she is amazing, professional & has a majec hands, highly recommended 👌❤️
Absolutely spectacularly beautiful hacienda that is like stepping into another time. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic spa with turkish steam room, sauna, massage and hot pools. The owner is an art and furniture who littered the premises with his stunning collection. The designer of the hotel, Omar Araya, is a well known Ecuadorian personage who spent 15 years creating this masterpiece. All in all this hotel was a treat for the senses. Make your way here it’s worth it.
It's a very antique studded hotel with lots of historical importance, like the Simón Bolívar room. I loved the ambiance of the old items everywhere. The spa also looked gorgeous. The tour guide gave very thorough explanations and was amazing. The food was okay, not very great. I order the meat on the volcanic rock, but my rock wasn't even hot, making it hard to cook my meats at all. The staff is very attentive though.
