Hot Cross Point Santa Monica

The breakfast was AWESOME, the staff are kind, and the room is adequate with everything we need. My husband LOVED the washroom setup. My daughter loves the pink swing by the pool :) The lady (from Indonesia? her name starts with a T) was lovely- the check-in experience was fantastic. Beach towels need to be rented out at 100 yen a pop. We’re at its sister hotel right now, Hotel Breezebay Marina, and it’s safe to say that the breakfast at Hot Cross Point tastes better and has more selection. Hot Cross Point is also nearly not as busy, so the environment is much more enjoyable with far fewer people. We forgot our chromecast in the room after checking out and were able to get it back 2 days later. Loved it here! Highly recommend.

The hotel is really old and I feel misrepresents their beach experience. You can kind of see the ocean, but there is no beach, just sharp lava flows. Breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but seem recently renovated. The beds are hard and okay for comfort. My biggest issue is the hallway wreaks of sewage. The smell was unbearable some days, and seeps into the room. The hotel staff know about it, but do nothing about it. I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here!! Super Expensive but NO SERVICE AT ALL!! It's like a motel! There is no bedside table. That's very ridiculous. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this. Old Tiny rooms, no balcony, very stingy, free two bottles of water per day only... It is definitely a trash hotel! Targeting tourists for deception. No view! much lower than Hawaii it's a exaggerated countryside!!! I wish I can return Naha immediately and have the hotel refund me the money for the three days!! Horrible!! Will not come here anymore!!
