Hot Stone Club Ubud

The Hot Stone Ubud is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are quaint and comfy. The restaurant food is delicious. The staff are so very friendly and helpful!! Recommend 100%!!!

Mixed feelings staying in this resort. I like the food there which initially the most worried thing prior to come here because of mostly vegetarian choices but turn out to be delicious. The services there is really good, everyone is so helpful and nice. The steam ceremony is fantastic and enjoyed very much for me as first comer. On the other hand I did have some experience that I don't like them. The room shower is bad, u can only have very hot burning water or cold water. The regulator doesn't seems to work. The massage service can be improved with sufficient resources as therapist doing massage half way need to stop and attend to guests that came for hydrogen therapy. Also no privacy doing the massage. The worst experience for me personally is there are worms everywhere on walkways and also in your room and I am very very afraid of such things. I hope those areas can be improved after they renovation as they are working on expansion now.

Disappointing! We started at this hotel for the detox program which was not a detox program at all. I’ll start with the positives. - juice were delicious, wifi is good and staff are amazing but that’s where it ends. Room is dated and not clean. My sheets and towels at home are cleaner. The door to the bathroom has a gap so mosquitoes can get into the room along with other creepy crawlies. Food was average. It is not hear anything so you’ll need a scooter to get around. No one told us there was construction going on until we checked in. If you are looking to stay here as a retreat, it is not with the money and is definitely not a four star place.
