Hotel 07 Tenerife

Lovely stay at 07 Tenerife. Staff are so friendly always there help. Thank you to Dominique and all the restaurant staff for making my birthday so special. Entertainment man (sorry did get his name) was brilliant. Can’t remember the lady on reception but nothing was to much trouble. Location is great very quiet but lots of places to eat, we walked every day into the town which was lovely. We did a trip to the volcano which was brilliant.

Overall, this hotel couldn't have been any better. The food was varied, the building was spacey, fast connection wifi and the staff were outstanding. There is one specific member of the team which stood out to me and his name is, Sebastian, he was friendly, respectful, very attentive and always willing to give a helping hand and most of all his great work ethic and the effort he puts in, reflects on how he does his job. Best wishes for him. Recommend the hotel.

Rating reflects it being a 3-star hotel. Staff - fantastic. Location - couldn’t fault it, really happy. Rooms - basic, no air conditioning, limited storage and beds are quite hard. Rooms are kept clean, and if you spend most of your time out enjoying your holiday, they’re an ideal size. Food - had breakfast one morning, decided to eat out every other morning. Didn’t eat anything other meals in the hotel. Pool - refreshingly cool. Tiles coming off the grouting, but pleasant enough pool.
