This tea-themed hotel was incredible! The ambiance was very calming and every facet of our stay was tailored to provide a unique and memorable experience. Even the room amenities, breakfast/dinner offerings, and lobby decor were tea-themed. Staff were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us, including coordinating baggage shipping to our next hotel. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Tokyo, Hotel 1899 set the bar high!
Amazing, clean, bright and spacious hotel✨ Offering a lovely breakfast. There is also a cafe on the first floor serving brunch and lunch – their matcha is outstanding🧚 and I’ve only seen locals there – great quality for reasonable prices. The interior of the cafe is bright, airy and there are many seats to choose from.
From start to finish, a delightful experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful birthday gift. The room was exceptionally modern, with all controls conveniently managed via a tablet. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. Checking out was seamless and hassle-free, thanks to the tablet system. We would undoubtedly return for another stay!
