Nice and clean rooms. Rooms are good and beautiful. Bathroom looks new and clean. Food is good. But as we are Indians and I saw many indians especially from south india are staying, need some south indian breakfast to be added to the menu. Totally the hotel has five star environment.
We had a great holiday in Georgia, except for our stay at Hotel 21. The room looked fine at first, but the AC wasn’t working, and the power outlets were round. When I asked the reception for an adapter, they gave us a triangular one that, of course, wouldn’t fit and said it was all they had. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, except the technician, who fixed the AC and really tried to assist. We were out all day for tours, but each time we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned, only fresh bottled water was added. To top it off, during checkout, we were accused of opening items in the minibar. Although we didn’t touch them. We were made to pay, just for the staff to throw them away or give it away to whoever opened it. Overall, a disappointing experience at Hotel 21.
The hotel staff clearly lacks basic hospitality training—rude, unprofessional, and careless. The cleaning standards are terrible, with old, stained towels that look over 5 years old. It's hard to believe this place was ever rated 4 stars
