Hotel 32 32

I really enjoyed this hotel. I was on the 14th floor and had a nice view of the city. I had a premier queen room and it was very nice and small like other hotels in NYC. Rate was ok but they do add $30 per night to the room rate not sure why .. also you have to pay for parking which is another $30 a night. Overall the price u pay is not your final price it will be more. However I still enjoyed my stay. I didn't like the AC unit it was on some type of auto program that would turn AC off after an hour or 2. Super annoying. They had maintenance come "fix" but he didn't do anything. I had to YouTube the system and figured out how to override the set program. I would definitely return just not opt to a room by elevator or that premier queen room in front of elevator on floor 14.

Amazing location, just two blocks from the Empire State Building, making navigating the city super easy! Service was faultless, always a super friendly smile on the front deck (which is manned 24/7). The rooms were obviously well used, scuffs on the walls and doors a bit battered, but for an affordable central location, a very serviceable and lovely hotel. Clean sheets, clean towels daily, a nice bar/sushi lounge downstairs that we didn’t use, however nice to have the option. There’s a gorgeous coffee shop in the hotel next door’s lobby. Always helpful for a long day walking NYC!

Regarding the issue with my earphones being damaged after the housekeeping service, the hotel has now given me a reasonable explanation and offered compensation. I’m willing to update my review — this hotel does take responsibility for its guests. Aside from that incident, everything else was great. The room rates are very affordable, and I appreciate the help I received from the staff. Thank you very much.
