Everything about this hotel and the people get a 5 star. The front desk people on all the shifts were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. They helped with dinner choices and even a bus and train app. The WIFI was strong in my room. The ONLY negative were the room darkening window coverings weren't quite big enough. If you are a early riser then no worries. I would strongly recommend this place and definitely would stay here again.
The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries I had, including helping me navigate public transport by showing me the local transport app which was very useful during my stay. It feels like a cozy hotel as there aren't many rooms here. It is a short walk from the Plaza and the river so a perfect location to explore Krakow.
Very good choice if you want to stay close to the center with moderate price. The room in the top floor was excellent:) Breakfast was good. And the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the good daily room maintainence. It finalizes the real holiday feeling to return to the room after having a long day exploring the city.
