Hotel 500 Firenze

The staff is super friendly, courteous and helpful. They are always there to provide anything you would need to make your stay more comfortable. There are a lot of reading and interesting rooms where you can spent a lot of time. The pool has a descent size. The restaurant has very few options but they are all good.

Really beautiful place with a professional and very nice staff. Rooms are big and silent and you’re surrounded gorgeous Italian setting. For vegans the breakfast didn’t have many options, but as we asked about it the staff provided us with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. The hotel is close to Airport and north leading motorhighway, but one feels like in the middle of countryside. It’s close-by to two train stations to Florence, with just 15 min ride on train to the city center, but unfortunately one still needs a car / taxi to reach the train stations due no walkways available in the neighborhood. The place has a good size pool, but as we visited in the start of May it was not yet in use.

Terrible experience No water from the showers and taps for 2 rooms Broken toilet seat, plugs are not working so does the phone in the room Full of mosquitos At 4am we changed room making international call to the receptionist People are super helpful but nothing was changed Beautiful outside even tho right next to the highway, but so rundown inside, unacceptable.
