I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond, especially when I injured my ankle. They were so accommodating, kind, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Truly exceptional service that made a tough moment so much easier. Highly recommend, thanks guys!
We stayed at this hotel twice—once for Christmas and again recently for my birthday—and both times were amazing. The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and our room with a terrace offered a stunning view. Highly recommend!
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. A little dingy and small. My AC stopped working and they said they would have an engineer come and fix. Left and told them I would leave, (in hopes that they would fix it, and the room would cool down or they would give me a new room) 3 hours later I come back the room is 80+ degrees and apparently an engineer never fixed it, it’s 11pm and I want to go to bed and I am Waiting in the lobby to see if I get a room, they fix it or I request two nights back and go to another hotel. The staff have been very pleasant! They have been truly awesome but definitely not the greatest hotel. You will have a better time at a Marriott or Hilton, Best Western, Holiday Inn.
