Hotel 71 by Preferred Hotels & Resorts

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff went above and beyond and had macarons and a bottle of champagne on ice when we arrived aling with a really nice note congratulating us on our anniversary. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and spacious and bed was confortable. The amenities are top notch and the location couldn't be better - Very close to everything which allowed us to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Quebec City!

Amazing location and beautiful rooms - large with high ceilings and nice decor. We particular enjoyed the soaker tub and separate shower. The location was so great - we felt like we were in the thick of all the action with access to tons of restaurants and galleries. The front desk staff weren’t particularly warm on any occasion, however, one of the concierge was very helpful with directions to the bus stop and changed some bills into coins for us. The other younger concierge watched us struggle up the steps with our luggage from behind the door but then went on to help the next guests with their luggage and even came down to their taxi just moments later. We could hear a lot of noise between rooms but my earplugs took care of most of the noise and from the cleaners in the hallway talking to each other and listening to the radio in the mornings.
