Hotel 9

Friendly staff and close to the main bus station. This was a perfect location for a short stay for me. Arriving by bus and a walk across the street with my luggage and easy to get a taxi in the morning to the airport. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are a good size.

Staff ware friendly and kind, ready to help. Great breakfast, better than those in hotels with 4stars. The furniture in rooms is no longer in good condition.

The room was a big size but there were so many things horrible with this hotel. The towel was torn, the sink in our bathroom was blocked, there was no toilet paper in the room and the tea and coffee caddy had so much dust on it that one didn’t want to use it. The white sofa too was almost torn ( I forgot to take a pic). The location across the bus stop made no difference to us in fact the tram right outside was a nuisance with the noise. And the building next door has grafitti on it. The AC also wasn’t working. The only grace was that it was a super cold night so luckily we didn’t need it. We checked in late evening around 9 or else would have definitely not stayed in this hotel. There was one thing, however, very good with the hotel and that was the night staff. They were super helpful and sweet. Both the gentlemen helped us with getting some food, adapter etc. The lady in the morning at checkout was super unhelpful. Didn’t help with giving us any change, didn’t help at all when we asked if there was any coffee shops close by - just said that it was Sunday and most things would be shut. Even when I told her about all the things wrong with the room she just said “ sorry”!!
