Hotel A LA Commedia

Our recent stay at Hotel A La Commedia in Venice was simply wonderful. This hotel is in a superb location so close to the Rialto Bridge and the vaparetto terminal for Rialto making it an ideal base. We were literally 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square and Doges Palace etc, it is so centrally located. The hotel is perfectly situated to discover the charming labyrinth of canals and side streets that make Venice so unique. The staff were simply brilliant, reaching out a few days in advance of our arrival to make sure everything was okay, with the check in so smooth and they were so attentive to our needs whether it was a change in pillows or answering questions about the city or transportation. Highly recommended!

They were consistently friendly and incredibly responsive to all our needs. A special shout-out goes to Daniel on the rooftop. He made us feel extra special during our visit to the rooftop bar. A big thank you, Daniel, Venice is truly lucky to have you! The location of the hotel is very good, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice. It's centrally located, providing easy access to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, both just a short walk away. Being so close to key attractions meant we could maximize our time seeing the sights and easily return to the hotel for a break. You're also perfectly situated to discover the charming labyrinth of canals and side streets that make Venice so unique. This hotel is so good, it's a real commedia of errors... for every other hotel trying to compete!

Truly an outstanding hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Service is outstanding. Breakfast is very nice. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the roof top. Hotel location is outstanding (2 minutes to Rioalto and 5 minutes to Basilica San Marco). A great experience.
