The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms wet spacious & comfortable. Some have said old fashioned and need updating. No they are perfect, the use of wood and marble are beautiful and very architectural. The only thing I would change would be the pillows hence not 5 stars. I would definitely stay again….
The room was OK but tired with stains on the bedspread and holes in the upholstery of the armchair. The shower just spurted water and didn't 'shower' properly. The reception staff were very nice but we think hot food should be available all day. We had booked breakfast but had to wait at a packed bar and had to leave before we managed to get breakfast. I think hotel guests should have a designated area.
An average hotel good to stay 1 or 2 nights ( won't call it a 4 star hotel as the website says) A bit outdated, lot of noise in the room cause it's located next to the highway. The service is great. Friendly staff at the reception and cafetaria. The breakfast is good as well but don't expect a relaxed meal since there are bus loads of tourists coming in as well
