A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Stay At this hotel, you genuinely feel at home. The staff are exceptionally generous and warm-hearted, always welcoming you with a smile and making sure you’re well taken care of. The rooms offer breathtaking view: overlooking the lush, forest-covered mountains and the hotel’s beautifully maintained garden. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is outstanding. The hotel features several indoor and outdoor pools, all filled with naturally heated thermal water sourced from deep beneath the Alpine mountains. The mineral-rich waters have both therapeutic and deeply relaxing qualities. You’re provided with a variety of clean towels, so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about—just enjoy and unwind. The hotel bar is always ready to serve you, and for those interested, there are group aqua fitness sessions and musical entertainment programs available. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel completely cared for.
Very positive experience. It's our second visit from Australia . Very clean hotel with excellent pools , spa and saunas, good house keeping, friendly and HELPFUL staff. Room may be a little outdated, but it did not upset us . Special thanks to Grazia exercise instructor, very pleasant and softly spoken . We will try to return again!
The location is in the middle of a field, with a rarely running bus service. The service was poor, the restaurant felt like a canteen, and the staff were unfriendly, making me feel uncomfortable. When I wanted to dine with my little girl, the staff acted like I was asking for something special. The people were unwelcoming and demanded extra money for amenities that a 4-star hotel should provide, like towels, bathrobes, flip flops, and swimming caps. This place felt more like a sanatorium for elderly people than a hotel.
