We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the warm welcome and constant care of the restaurant, room service and therme staff, to the farewell dinner party it was just a fairytale came true. Many thanks to the Poletto Family! Many thanks to all the Ritz staff ❤️
Amazing classic hotel with really friendly staff. The ambience is really classic & royal and the food of the hotel is amazing. The rooms are really big and everything you need is there. In the evening there are fun events like a gala night & music. Also the therme is really nice to relax and the water is nicely warm. Perfect location to enjoy welness.
Charming atmosphere with friendly staff, but the facilities fall short of a five-star experience. The hotel has an old-school charm, with spacious rooms and a cozy interior. However, the pools—indoor and outdoor—are not connected, quite basic, and not well-maintained, with mandatory swim caps that you must purchase on-site (the price is fine, but still inconvenient). The saunas are very small, outdated, and far from relaxing. Overall, while the staff and warm vibe are positives, the wellness facilities feel neglected compared to other hotels in the area, even those with fewer stars.
