My family stayed at this resort at the end of March and we had a fantastic experience. The resort is clean and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My kids absolutely loved the playroom and visited it every day after skiing. The gondola is just a minute away from the resort, which made everything super convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about this resort, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff of the hotel are so nice and welcoming. They made us feel very special each day. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and my kids all got little treats. When we left they gave them each individual boxes with water and snacks in it. So kind and thoughtful! My only complaint is the restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, mediocre food, and the staff working there are very unwelcoming and rude as others have mentioned in the reviews. We will definitely be back here again! The proximity to the ski lift is so nice and the ability to rent skis and just put it on your room number is really amazing. Rooms are nice and updated and comfortable. Love the bathtub Jacuzzi!

Not a very pleasant stay overall. This simply isn’t a 5-star hotel. I would recommend staying next door instead. The service we received was very poor. Here are the main reasons: 1. Room Conditions: We booked two duplex rooms, and both had a persistent sewer smell in the bathrooms throughout our entire stay. I notified the staff, but the issue was never properly resolved. 2. Food Quality: The food was well below average—especially disappointing by Spanish standards. 3. Decor and Cleanliness: The decor and finishes of the hotel fall far short of 5-star expectations. The overall feel is outdated and unimpressive. The spa, in particular, was filthy and clearly not maintained to the standard you'd expect from a luxury property. 4. Loyalty Program Issues: Despite spending a significant amount on this family vacation, my Marriott Bonvoy points were not credited. I had emailed ahead of time asking for the points to be added to my account. Instead, they were supposedly applied to my "brother's account"—even though he didn’t pay for the stay and doesn’t even have a Marriott account. After several follow-up emails, I was told to contact Marriott USA, to whom I provided all the receipts and documentation. Still, the points have not been credited. A very disappointing experience with Marriott Baqueira—and with Marriott overall.
