Hotel Acacia

Very recently stayed here, with my parents and youngest son (We stayed in the superior rooms). From as soon as we arrived everything was great. Customer service brilliant and even let me leave my son’s wheelchair downstairs in reception. And would put it away in the luggage cupboard if there was room. Bedrooms are beautiful, comfy beds and chairs. All round very clean and spacious. Also the air con was great, worked very well. Breakfast was very good, a good choice of food and drinks. Even my son was impressed. Great location to everything. Will happily stay again, all the staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Perfectly located in the centre of Bruges, a step out of the door and you are in the heart of this historical city. A beautiful modern hotel, with attentive staff & receptionists. The room was spacious & clean with all facilities you would expect like air con & toiletries. If you are driving, please note that the streets are generally one way & only a single car will fit down most of the side streets, so some reversing & maneuvering may be required. The only frustration is that I emailed the hotel a month before, in English & French on parking availability & I did not receive a reply. Just by chance, they have a very small car park at the nack of the hotel & they had two spaces left. Again, maneuvering in the car park, in & out of the gate is tricky. It could have been a different situation if I need to find parking. I also wasn't aware they had a single EV charging point (doesnt state this on the website site) which I could of used while staying there. Overall, a lovely hotel & would definitely stay again.

Dirty, bad smell, insects, bad costumer service The bed sheets, blanket and billow cases were dirty(have many old stain!) even after changing them they still have old dirt! The corridor outside the room are also dirty! The toilet has bad smell and their solution was to put an air refresher perfume which made it worse! Everything such as towels and sheets felt old and dirty! The customer service at the reception are not friendly or respectful they screamed at us two days in a row! One star for the location.
