Hotel Acacias

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is amazing and very frendly, providing you a full service and adapting to your needs. The breakfast is delicious and included in the price of the accommodation. You can have breakfast until 11h30. The man responsible for the breakfast (looks as coming from India) is super nice, greating us each morning, asking if we want something special as omlet and providing plenty of food and eggs even at 11h15. The hotel is located just couple of minutes from the beach. You have a private paid parking space in front of the hotel. They accept dogs. All rooms have a balcony and some have a view to the beach (it's second line hotel not beachfront). There is also an outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool. There are also suits with jacuzzi but we had just a double bedroom with a balcony with a view and it was great. The price was ok for the summer season. The 'esplanade' is just nextby so you can enjoy all evening out and come back to the hotel easily without walking a lot or getting a cap. I don't have photos from the hotel but I added photos from the beach and the castle. The photo with the palm tree is the view from our balcony.

Fantastic hotel and apartments, we used both over a long weekend in late April. Location is perfect for a balance of convenience with quiet and good access. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety and really helpful servers. If you visit I hope you are greeted by Christian, he massively helped us (thank you). 5/5 from us and will definitely be back!

Very terrifying and bad service. First he hang up the phone on me, because I asked information about the prices that instantly changed. I called again, but he didn’t pick up. 25 min later we see the hotel pop up cheaper again at booking.com. We didn’t trust it, so we went to the hotel, it was a 6 min drive away. The man was telling us that we have to give him €400 deposit. We said that it doesn’t matter how much the deposit is, but we asked if he can just show us the rules about the deposit. The man was immediately aggressive and shouting that he just a security member and not of the reception. And he doesn’t know where we must read it and we are not getting any room, while waving his hand to use toward the door. Because of his aggressive behavior, I decided to record everything on my phone. I calmed him down by asking why a person can’t ask anything and that it’s not crazy that a person wants to know the rules about the deposit. It was a very weird unprofessional strange conversation. We almost decided to stay, but I told my partner that I find him very aggressive and that it doesn’t feel good. We decided not to stay. I’m not going to use these recordings, but if someone is interested in the aggressive behavior, I can forward them. O yeah and by the way, the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all and that was only the reception. Let alone the rooms.
