Hotel Acapulco

I had a truly enjoyable experience. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I was especially impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The front desk team was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, who were always attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious, and the warm attitude of the staff made it special. Overall, Hotel Acapulco delivers great hospitality with a personal touch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is extremely nice, well located, decently priced for the quality of the room, the location, the staff and the services, in a high season. I got upgraded when I arrived without asking for it. The staff was extremely helpful. The room extremely clean with a very good quality mattress. All the amenities are there. The breakfast buffet complete, with all sort of healthy and unhealthy options. I think the 4 star ranking does not do it good, except that maybe in Forte dei Marmi there are plenty of high end hotels. I couldn't have gotten any better quality for my money. However, I have 2 remarks, the gym needs some update or at least some maintenance, and the bacon was not good. Everything else: Perfect

We came to Forte dei Marmi for a family wedding, and quite a few of the wedding guests stayed here. The service was absolutely fantastic – the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s recently been renovated and it’s full of stunning artwork throughout. The rooms were lovely, with really comfy beds, and the buffet breakfast was brilliant – loads of delicious options to choose from. It’s in a great location too. I’d definitely recommend hiring a bike and exploring the area on two wheels – it’s the best way to take it all in!
