Hotel ACD Wellness & Spa

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel ACD. The rooms are clean, with daily cleaning available upon request, and quiet (despite some reviews mentioning noise, it was not an issue for us). The service is exceptional, and the staff are both nice and helpful. The location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 100 meters away. The value for the price is outstanding. We stayed for six nights as a group, and all of us were satisfied customers by the end of our stay. The hotel staff efficiently addressed all of our requests. The pool area is well-maintained, although there are no sunshades. Wellness facility is huge advantage. Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the prices for the bar and dinner are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. I highly recommend trying the dinner menus (from Á la cart not half board) as the portions and flavors are excellent. We will definitely return.

The worst hotel I stayed at in Europe!!! We booked a 3-bed room online, but they gave us a room with only 2 beds (one even is sofa bed). When we tried to argue, they said the 3-bed rooms were fully booked and that it wasn’t their problem. They told us either to pay for another room or figure out how to sleep with just 2 beds. They have no integrity and the way they treat customers are disaster.

I do not recommend it as a hotel because they are fraudulent. I paid for a suite and the suite does not exist. The conditions were terrible with broken lighting, dirty sheets, everything was 0. The food was 0. The hotel manager was hiding so as not to solve our problems. I left with a bad impression. I recommend you not to try it as a hotel so that you don't have bad days like me.
