Hotel Acht Linden

Nice place & good food. The restaurant closed 9pm, could be open to 9:30 so you could get dessert but they denied us at 9pm. We were 4 people and had the suite. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay for one or two nights!

Good location close to the highway but still very quiet. The hotel is nice. The food was delicious and inexpensive but unfortently service was quite slow and waiting time in restaurant was a little annoying and the reception sometimes unattended because it was one and the same person doing it all. The rooms was very nice. Little small and the neighbours sounds travelled very much...

Terrible Experience – Locals Get Preferential Treatment We started by speaking English (two of us understand some German). The server was obviously more friendly with the local-speaking tables and clearly didn’t like us. Despite two of us telling him exactly what my sister wanted, they still got her order wrong. When they finally brought out the replacement, it was burnt. They kept asking us to get salads from the self-serve bar – an obvious way of stalling and telling us the food was going to take a while. In the end, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Overall, the food was oily, bland, and just disappointing. Could feel the hatred delivered in the food. If you’re not a local or don’t speak the language, expect a much lower standard of service. We felt unwelcome and definitely won’t be coming back. Rating: Don’t waste your time or money. Run.
