Hotel Acqua Myu

The place is not worth what you’re paying for. It was very disappointing. It looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. It’s dusty and the beds are not the best! Also, there was mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. The TV is old too. The place definitely needs an upgrade.

I don't want to give even one star. We stayed for 14,000 yen for two people. The bathroom was so dirty that I didn't even bother to fill it with hot water, and even though it was freezing cold in the room, I decided to just take a shower. The bathroom was also dirty and I hesitated to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth. They only have lotions that are diluted with water, so you need to bring your own. It's really cold inside. It was getting dry so I turned down the air conditioner and it got really cold and I almost froze when I woke up. I will never stay in such a dirty and cold hotel again.

・The hotel's website said, "Ice cream is being distributed in the 1st floor lobby!", but it was not available. I was really looking forward to it, but I was shocked. By the way, it says there is a welcome drink, but there is not. Please stop making false statements. -Baby Star Ramen crumbs were falling everywhere. There was also some conspicuous dirt on the sofa, but maybe it wasn't noticed when cleaning? I really didn't want to sit down. ・The cup in the sink was dirty. There's a white stain on the bottom...I had no choice but to wash it with hand soap, but... ・There was no hand soap...huh, is there really no hand soap? ? ? Around here I started to regret staying at this hotel. ・The bathtub (tub) was too small for two people to take a bath together. -The bed was hard as a rock and I couldn't sleep. To make matters worse, the heating didn't work at all and it was cold. I woke up every hour with back pain and coldness. ・The number of electrical outlets is unusually small, and there are none next to the bed. The website says there is a wake-up call, but I couldn't find such a feature, so please be careful if you want to set an alarm in the morning. ・There are no rubber bands, so be sure to remember them.
