Hotel Adagio Autograph Collection

This hotel is fabulous in an otherwise sketchy area of town. You would never know it when you are inside that it's on the border of the Tenderloin. The staff and parking attendants were all very nice and super helpful. My only complaints were the loud and obnoxious music coming from next door on Saturday and Sunday nights (not the hotel's fault, but I would hope they would look into some way of controlling this) and also the water pressure in the bathroom faucet and shower were next to nothing. It's strange because the bathtub had extra high pressure and was wonderful, but the sink and shower were almost nothing. Please get rid of the rain showerhead in the shower and get something that people can adjust. Also, the hot water in the sink and shower were just barely hot. There was no way you could even get close to scalding yourself. However, the water in the bathtub was out of this world hot. It doesn't make sense. I hope they can fix it. Stayed in one of the Stone Suites at the top. I hope they fix these issues. Beautiful hotel and would love to stay there again, if these issues are fixed.

Stayed here for a quick overnight between our flight from Orlando and departing for Yosemite. Hotel is pretty, well located, decorated nicely and well appointed with easy access to coffee in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. But: the highlight of our brief stay was Chris at the concierge desk. He was just a joy to meet from the moment he greeted us. He took time to inquire about our plans and recommend several restaurants for dinner based on our preferences. He even called the owner of one directly to book us a table since Friday night was bound to be busy. He was just a delightful person and made us sorry we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

We really enjoyed our recent stay here. This 100 year old building has been nicely renovated. Clean rooms and a great bed. But the best part is the staff, everyone was super friendly and always seeking ways to help better your experience. In particular, the GM (David) was fantastic and committed to being in the service of his guests. We'll be back for sure!
