The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet was so fancy, the rooms were clean, and the pool was awesome! We felt like we had our own private pool because no one else was using it. The pool was open till 10pm too. The wifi worked well, the rooms were clean, we hardly wanted to leave.
I lodged at the hotel for a total of 12 nights during my observership at OKM. The single-bed room was both spacious and impeccably clean, situated in a tranquil area conducive to undisturbed sleep. The staff exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout. I also enjoyed the weekend breakfast, which maintained a consistently high standard. The affiliated restaurants offered quality dining experiences that justified their prices. In sum, it was a delightful extended stay.
Very average hotel. Stayed for 1 night and honestly was very eager to leave since arriving and seeing the room. Pros: - Pool was very nice - Sauna (didn't use but looked nice) - Front desk service, very nice Cons - Cleanliness was lacking within the room - Carpeted rooms, trapped smells & really didn't help air quality - Ventilation in room was lacking. Air was extremely stale despite windows open. Hallway was better. - Bed was uncomfortable, poor heat distribution. Overall, I will not be returning. Was quite disappointed.
