Great experience! We had a lot of fun at the hotel events, at the pool and on the beach voleyball court with the best animation manager Kris. He made sure every guest had fun.

The restaurant is far too small, people were waiting standing for 1 hour for a place at a table. The food is not eatable, I've seen better food in canteens. Even if we paid for all inclusive, the international drinks were not existing. The service is deplorable. Bathroom not clean, etc.

Avoid at all cost! We stayed for 4 nights, the very first morning we requested to speak with the manager in order to give us the money back and leave immediately - of course he said that we cam leave if we want but no money will be given back!! Definitely not a 5-star experience – more like 3 stars at the most I stayed at the Admiral Hotel expecting a 5-star ultra all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short. • Food: The quality was disappointing — repetitive buffet options, not tasty at all, and nothing close to what you’d expect from a top-tier resort. What shocked me the most was seeing staff throw away leftover food right in front of guests in black bags - disgraceful. It was wasteful, unprofessional, and left a very bad impression. • Rooms: Outdated and poorly maintained. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, towels and sheets were never changed, one curtain was literally falling off, and both the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable — making it hard to get a proper night’s sleep. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. • Drinks: Very poor quality. Even the water served was tap water with a terrible taste. If we wanted “normal” drinks like bottled water or branded beverages, we had to pay extra — and the prices were shockingly high for an “ultra all-inclusive” hotel when we should have not paid extra for anything. • Coffee: We could not enjoy a single proper coffee during our stay. The taste was awful, and even the coffee we paid extra for from the cafeteria was just as bad. • Beach: Crowded and not private to the hotel. Right beside the so-called “hotel beach,” there was another beach area that clearly appeared to be part of the same stretch — yet the hotel staff insisted it did not belong to them. This was simply untrue, and we were forced to pay 50 leva for two days to use it, despite being hotel guests. It felt dishonest and exploitative. • Parking: No proper parking available. We paid €80 for three days, and on top of that, another €70 to recover our car after it was removed when we left it briefly in front of the hotel right after check-in. Nobody informed us of any rules or arrangements, and it felt like the hotel and the towing service were “hand in hand” in taking advantage of guests. This might pass for a 3-star hotel, but it’s certainly not 5 stars, and “ultra all-inclusive” is just a marketing label here. Definitely not worth the premium price.
