Good service and location. It is very near to delhi airport and staff was very responsive. Overall enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended to someone looking for stay near Delhi airport

The cleanliness and amenities are as expected for the price I paid. The room was not clean, sheets and towels had stains and felt damp. The service, however, was excellent. The check-in was fast, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. When I asked for samosa, which wasn't on the menu, he sent someone to pick it up and served it to me. He didn't even charge the delivery fee. Restaurant food was descent and well priced. The proximity to airport was convenient.

It's not in any way a 3 star hotel, but definitely better than a lodge with reasonable service. Don't go by the flashy pictures online, reality is different. Pros: 1. Good location Cons: 1. Reception staff (on duty 7 am 6th June) don't have a professional behaviour. He doesn't know how to speak politely...not sure who placed him there 2. Reception staff (on duty 6th June evening with long hair and but thin health) is a nice guy, knows how to speak politely. 3. Food overall was bad. Dal chawal was provided with so mota chawal that was inedible. Breakfast was ok though, if not great. 4. Basic toiletries weren't provided. Like brush, paste, handwash etc. 5. Blackout curtains were missing, hence the room was so full of light all the time creating disturbance in sleep. 6. AC remote was hardly working, needs maintenance or new batteries. Overall not a great experience but just ok for spending a night while travelling.
