We stayed here for 10 nights from the 10th of June. Everything here for us was perfect, clean, good location. But what made this hotel shine was the staff, all so friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and practical, bathroom clean and spacious Rooftop pool is lovely, warm pool, comfortable sunbeds. Nice pool bar serving drinks and snacks. And lovely lifeguards who would help people move sunbeds if people found them a bit heavy. Also a special shout out to Jose on reception he was so knowledgeable on everything in the area. Always a good morning from him or a good night and would always ask how your day had been. Only criticism was the lobby bar which didnt open until a bit later, would have been nice to sit and have a drink before heading into Puerto for the evening.

This is a smart hotel offering excellent value for money in an unbeatable location minutes from the beautiful old town and beaches of Puerto de la Cruz. The views from the rooftop pool and bar area are what really stand out, the stunning Orotava Valley all around you with the glittering sea on one side and Mount Teide on the other. This is a very scenic part of Tenerife. Stylish, modern rooms and friendly, low key service. José and Diego at the pool bar were very welcoming and helpful. They offer a basic but delicious menu at lunchtime including some tapas classics if you fancy, but I had burger and fries twice as it was really, really good! For more choices and gastronomy, just head a couple of minutes down to the Plaza where there are loads of cafés and restaurants. Staying here feels more like a city break since that’s what Puerto de la Cruz is - and it has a much more local, Spanish/Canarian vibe than places I’ve been to before in the south of the island. If a great value sub-tropical chill out with amazing views and a more authentic vibe is what you’re after, I’d definitely recommend this town and hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday.

A nice hotel with a good quality-to-price ratio. Breakfast is very busy and gets a bit boring after a couple of days. There are two pools on the roof with enough sunbeds for everyone to relax. There’s also a nice rooftop bar with drinks and food. The service from the hotel is very good. However, the rooms are very noisy — you can hear everything from your neighbors and the rooms above and below you.
