Hotel Africana

At times I always have fear for these nice looking places but when I stepped into hotel African , the hospitality these people have is unmatched . Let me breakdown for you , I recently decided to go to hotel Africana to have a good time for relaxing and take a few digital memories but I thought they would be a bit strict , like what has brought you, if you’re not buying anything leave . Guess , what it was a whole opposite experience, they were so nice , they welcomed me as if I was even going to stay there . I toured around then later made a dancing video because the place was really looking nice . Can you imagine one of the workers came I told me and my brother “ if you want you can go sit over there , relax and also there rooms , you can go and rest if you want 😂 as they were even for free 😅. All in all , the service is 10/10. Can’t wait to go back . He’s the video I recorded

We recently held a conference at Africana, and the experience was fantastic. The venue is clean, well-organized, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food it was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, Africana provided the perfect environment for a productive and enjoyable event

I had an issue with some rooms there. Toilet couldn't flush . Great that they had a plumber on call. They gotta work on maintenance on some of the units . Any staff members seeing this should raise this more with management. Overall, Great staff. A little pricy but Don't expect world class facilities though. This hotel ain't there just yet.
