Hotel Agape

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Fabrizio, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. We had an emergency and needed to access our room before the usual check-in time, and they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with new and comfortable rooms that made our stay very pleasant. The location is also great, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Another bonus was the on-site parking, which added to the convenience. For the quality of service and comfort provided, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value. If we had to mention a couple of small things, the pillows were a bit too flat for our preference, and the room could have been better insulated, as we could hear some noise from outside. However, these were minor details that didn’t take away from our overall great experience. For the quality of service and comfort provided, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value. Alexis deserves a raise! My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and the service was fantastic! We really appreciated Alexis, he gave us so much advice on where to explore, price comparisons, culture, etc. The hotel is also right by the metro station so it was super convenient to get to the downtown area. Alexis showed us a map and helped us come up with a budget friendly itinerary as well 😁 he checked us in/out of the hotel and answered ALL of our many questions.

The location is probably the best thing about Hotel Agape – the metro is just a 3-minute walk away, which makes it easy to get around Milan. But overall, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The room was outdated, and the air conditioning wasn’t a real AC – just a loud portable unit with no external vent. It barely cooled the room, which is a problem when it’s 34°C outside. Sleeping was tough because of the heat and the noise – the rooms are extremely loud. You hear every door slam, every toilet flush, and even people talking in nearby rooms or hallways. One big downside: we had food delivered, and the hotel reception refused to accept it. They just left the delivery guy outside without even letting us know. Super rude and not what you’d expect from a hotel. On the bright side, housekeeping was great. The cleaning lady did an amazing job – fresh towels and a very clean room every time. We only used the service every other day to save resources, and that worked perfectly. Wouldn’t book again – way too loud, weak AC, and reception was not welcoming at all.
