Hotel Agatka Bratislava

The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet area, with rabbits running around the property – a lovely touch, especially for kids. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We booked two family rooms, and everything was prepared as requested, including a baby cot. Big plus for cleanliness and overall appearance. On the downside, one of the rooms had a broken air conditioner, and there was no hot water available in the entire building, which was quite inconvenient when traveling with children. Also, during breakfast, there was no hot water for tea, and no one refilled it, even though several guests were waiting. Overall, a very pleasant place with great potential. If the hotel resolves the technical issues and improves breakfast service, it would be an excellent choice.

The property is nice but they make regular practice of scamming parties by inflating the amounts on the bill astronomically and assuming no one will realize or fight them on it. If you read through all the reviews you'll see this pattern repeated for weddings and other parties hosted at the hotel - they clearly don't value their reputation much or they wouldn't do it over and over.

They are scamming people left and right, without any hesitation. For example, they added 200 coke bottles in the bill for an event with 35 people... Additionally, they want to charge us for drinks, which guests brought with them in THEIR ROOMS. No need to dig deep, look at majority of reviews.. They are writing off whatever they want at massive scale, without SINGLE notice prior or duration of the event
