5 days in June Pros: - Photos dont do this place justice! - Room was one of the most modern rooms ive stayed in - Excellent TV, closet space, safe, bathroom and bed - Interchangeable lights within the room for any setting - Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful - Laurie on reception and general duties was a gem! So helpful and always smiling - Car park below - Immaculately clean - Very modern - Unbelievable pool - Food is pricey but decent - Great sun lounging area - Breakfast was excellent when included - Close vaccinity to a supermarket and shops in Sarande - Very attentive staff Cons: - One receptionist was not friendly and was bringing a grim vibe to the place - Lift is dodgey as hell - Soap in shower wasn't installed into 3 days into holiday (luckily we had our own) - No discount for staying guests on food or drink. Which was very disappointing These photos need updated ASAP! This hotel was utterly superb and more modern than I expected! Would recommend anyone to stay! Sarande is excellent all round

Very good hotel Recently renovated Close to everything Excellent beach view and the pool was awesome Free parking big plus The staff is very good and welcoming. We loved it all

Worst hotel and worst management. They reply as if they have no responsibility towards the customer. I have travelled to more than 20 countries and have never got such terrible response from the owner and management.
