The location and rooms are excellent and the service goes with minus sign. The following incidents made us to feel bad about the service . The General Manager Shri Balaji won't extend the service in empathetic way.The refilling drinking water is not supplied to the room and asked us to refill it through the filter placed near reception counter and Mr Balaji bluntly asked why the water bottles brought out side of the room in such way that those bottles are being taken away. The room access card validity blocked by the General Manager Mr Balaji without informing to us and we got confused by not able to access the room and after our request Mr Balaji activated the card. We requested the availability of the swim dress for sale as we wanted to have a fun time in the swimming pool and the response of Shri Mr Balaji is shoking that "WE ARE NOT SELLING THE GARBAGE " If the wearing cloth seems to him as a garbage then what does he calls for he wears for covering his body. I request the management of the hotel to train and guide the General Manager Mr Balaji properly in such way that the customers should get a smile on their face by experiencing the service .The best customer service plays vital role in hospitality industry. Hotel staff forced us to pay for the kid though we are ready to accommodate him in our bed, but they do not even provide an additional pillow Swimming pool is just for show piece. They do not allow guests to use it until 11am by giving all possible excuses. Post continuous reminder they will allow to use strictly for an hour only The lady receptionist is too rude. From the start of the day she will be behind asking us to check out No breakfast provided while other restaurants provide good breakfast at a lesser room cost Receptionist will not pick up the mobile number which is mentioned in their website. You had to go enquire in person about room availablity Not a good experience staying in this property
Pathetic service by the reception staff Balraj. Dear Owner, Kindly dont keep such staff in the front office. Very rude behaviour Owner please note and do the needful for your hotel future
