This buffet restaurant is fantastic! The variety of dishes is impressive, with Western and Japanese options galore, all fresh and deliciously presented. The staff are friendly and attentive, the environment is clean and cozy, and tableware is promptly replaced. The dessert and fruit section is a delightful highlight, with top-notch flavors! Great value for money, perfect for family gatherings or friends’ meetups. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a really nice stay at the hotel! It is located next to the metro station and in a few minutes you are in the centre of Osaka. Rooms were also spacious and clean while it had a wide variety to choose from in the breakfast!

Finding an unlit, apparently closed floor with minimal signage or explanation was both confusing and unsettling. Better communication about restaurant hours and closures would have been helpful. -Room service was unfortunately unavailable despite multiple attempts to place an order. This level of service doesn't align with the hotel's advertised standards. Room Condition: While the basic amenities were present, the room showed signs of wear that seem inconsistent with the hotel's five-star rating: -Plumbing issues including leaking faucets -Difficult-to-operate cold water tap -Inconsistent water temperature control -General signs of needed maintenance and updating Verdict: While the hotel's public spaces and location are impressive, the room conditions and service issues suggest that some renovation and operational improvements are needed. The contrast between the grand common areas and the room condition was notable. For the rating, guests should expect more consistent quality throughout the property. Recommendation: Consider requesting an updated room if booking, and verify restaurant availability in advance. The nearby convenience store provides a reliable backup for late-night needs.
