Claras Aguas is paradisiacal! They've really struck a balance between artistry and comfort. The rooms are a perfect size with very comfortable beds (we fell asleep easily every night). Ours had an incredible outdoor shower which was a pleasure to use. Waking up to delicious breakfasts complete with coffee, fruit plates, and then a wide choice of main meals. The beach! The set up is incredible. You can pull up a chair or lay supine on body-sized cushions with a small table that also acts as a back support. Then, if you're hungry, you can order ceviche, tacos, nachos, and a variety of other meals to eat beach side. When we asked our surf instructor for a beach recommendation, they replied didn't we already have it at Claras Aguas? The yoga classes with Elise were the best I've ever had -- and the setting is rather unbeatable. The staff is so amenable and sweet! I loved interacting with everyone. They even offer complimentary fruit tasting and corn tortilla workshops. One of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in and I can't wait to revisit. Everything is done so tastefully in this tropical haven.

This place is incredible. The most beautiful surroundings, you are essentially staying amongst the beauty of nature whiles having access to top amenities and excellent food. Easy beach access, wonderful staff, clean and super welcoming. This is my second time here. Will be coming back every year. The wildlife is unreal. Saw howler monkeys, iguanas, sloths and so many birds I lost count. Thank you Aguas Clara's.
