Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia

Our stay at Hotel “Ai Cavalieri di Venezia” was simply outstanding. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and completely at ease. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room service was impeccable, and the entire staff especially at the reception was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. I would like to highlight a particularly special experience: during our stay, I casually mentioned to a very charming receptionist that it was my birthday in two days. To my great surprise, we found a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully arranged selection of sweets waiting for us in our room on my birthday such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my day truly unforgettable. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and will definitely return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our time so memorable!

Everything about this hotel made for the perfect break. Staff were friendly and helpful. Provided us with a map of Venice and drew on extra areas of interest. Good breakfast, set us up for the day exploring. Central location made it quick and easy to get to the major landmarks but also great to go and find hidden away piazzas with lovely café/bars to sit and watch the world go by. Definitely somewhere we are planning to come back to soon.

The flooring in our room had so many levels it kept tripping us up. The bathroom is all marble, clean and great shower. The carpet needs to be changed. The pillows were hard. The matress was good if you like hard. The view from a open window was beautiful ❤️ but you had to stand on a chair to see it. All the staff was top notch. Oh and breakfast was great 👍Great location. You can get dropped of at the hotel by private water taxi, but if you take public transport it is a long walk with luggage.
