This hotel was exceptional! From the process of booking to actually staying here, everything exceeded our expectations! Our room was immaculate and truly exquisite. We really enjoyed staying here. We also had our flight cancelled on us last minute and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by adding a night to our stay and upgrading us to a premium room at no extra cost. The staff were always so helpful and available to answer questions or give advice about getting around the city. If you are traveling from the US, we booked a double room and the bed was super spacious and comfortable. I would compare it to a king sized bed. I highly recommend staying here you will not regret it!
What a wonderful hotel, the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are very inviting. The hotel also offer special tours which I would recommend if you have time. The food is very nice. I will definitely be looking at staying again. Thank you
We've been here 3 times. We brought 9 this time 5 rooms total. It Gets better every time. LUIGI, ANDREA and the other day time staff are the best. Evening staff not so excited to be there BUT always courteous. The rooms 623 was beautiful 2 level. I highly recommend.
