This is a beautiful hotel close to the shopping mall in Ibarra. Spacy, comfy and clean rooms. They clearly take biosafety very seriously. Food is very good, they serve the three meals, but only breakfast could be included. Staff is wonderful. They have a beautiful center pool yard, uncovered, everything is white and blue and looks perfect to restore your energy.

Nice hotel with good parking. Delicious food, but the breakfast could use improvement and the menu is a bit pricey. Rooms were comfortable with a nice bathroom. Service was tip notch, especially Ivan in the dining room.

The only reason we stayed at this place was the original hotel we were to stay at was closed. This place reminds me of hotels from the 70s with big function rooms and bars and dining rooms, wait staff in sharp uniforms. First impressions: when I asked if they were open, because from the road it was hard to tell-no cars parked outside and dark glass windows that you can not see into. The receptionist was pleasant and spoke no English. I asked to see the rooms, she was confused and said, “no, I have photos.” Going on instinct, I said “no matter.” We stayed for 2 nights. The reason I was impressed was the bar and dining room on the right when you enter. The rate on google was $108 per night. The lady gave us a rate of $80 per night including breakfast. The room was clean, bright, and large with a very comfortable temperature. The 2 beds were ample for us. The sheets were nice, and the mattress was just right for me. Both beds had reading lights above the bed, the room had a writing desk with a desk light. They provided each of us with a bottle of water, and the bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and adequate towels for two people. The bathroom was separated into 2 smaller rooms- one had an adequate size shower, toilet and trash bin; the other had the sink with adequate room for toiletries, trash bin, and 2 closets with hangars for clothes, a safe, and ironing board and iron. The bedroom had a nice T.V. at a good placement level for TV watching from the bed. There was no a/c or fan, but the room was very comfortable for sleep as we kept the bathroom window open which did not impact our security. The meals we had there- 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners, were good and adequate. Overall, the stay there was very pleasant and restful. The reason we gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the waiter at our last breakfast seemed pre-occupied, said ‘yes’ when one of us ordered juevos escafados , then came back with scrambled eggs. The translation for ‘poached ‘ is escafados in google translate. The waiter said after he brought the order that they don’t do poached eggs. Then, why did he take the order in the first place?
