We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely lovely—super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a better room, which was such a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—great variety and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
Stayed here with my 80 year old dad for the Boston Marathon 2025. The hotel was in a great location for the bus pickup for the marathon and the finish line so was a great place to stay. The staff were very kind and attentive and were very good with my dad who is older. I always found the front desk very responsive and helpful and they put some nice chocolates and snacks in my room for my birthday. 🙌😄 The rooms are also very nice and spacious with air conditioning. The cleaning and maintenance staff were also really good and very friendly. Would highly recommend 🙌❤️😄
We had a great stay at this hotel during our trip to Boston! The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made coming back to rest after long days of exploring so nice. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops. What truly made our stay exceptional though was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — they were the highlight of the experience. Huge shout out to Nate, who was welcoming and so helpful after a few travel delays. The only area that could use some attention is cleanliness and the bathroom. The bathroom could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned, and there were a few stains on the carpet. The water pressure in the shower was not the best, especially for how nice of a hotel this was. Nothing that ruined our stay, but worth noting. Overall, we’d absolutely consider staying here again for the comfort, location, and outstanding service. And to top off an amazing stay, our view was absolutely spectacular!!
