Hotel AKA Washington Circle

Wonderful, modern clean hotel. My family members stayed there as well so we had different room types. I was in a premium one bedroom suite with a kitchen and two balconies. Very bright, light filled rooms. It was incredibly spacious. Very comfortable for a long term stay. I utilized the focus room/office and lobby when I wanted a change of scenery to get work done. There’s a restaurant, gym, cinema and free laundry on site. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and stores like Whole Foods and Walgreens. A quick walk over to George Washington University Hospital which is why we were in town. Staff was low key (which I liked) but very nice, helpful and accommodating when needed.

I went to this hotel as part of a work retreat and I loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated warmly by the entire staff and felt well taken care of. The doorman, Jerome, was especially kind—always welcoming our group inside and making sure our luggage was handled with care. My room was very spacious and included a mini kitchen stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. Having a microwave and utensils came in handy when I needed to eat my takeout before checking out. The hotel is also conveniently located—less than a 10-minute drive to the Washington Monument, or a little over 30 minutes on foot if you’re up for a stroll. My colleagues and I agree that this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely stay at Hotel AKA. Truly exceptional service from staff member. It’s clear everyone takes their role seriously and extends gracious hospitality and care for their guests. Our 2 Queen room had a smart layout to maximize spaciousness for two people. Surrounded by countless dining and coffee options. I would absolutely stay again!
