Hotel Aka West Palm

We had a fantastic stay at the AKA because the staff was great, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was in the center of everything including minutes away from the Kravis center. Michael the front desk manager ensured our stay was enjoyable by communicating before and during our stay. Thank you sir. The hotel has an electric cart that took us to our dinner spot downtown and all we had to do was text for availability. Pretty cool. The view from the big windows was great. We will definitely stay here again and thank the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Great job Housekeeping!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel—everything from the rooms to the service was spot on. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the bartender at the pool. You could really feel they cared, which made the whole experience even better. The pool area is a great place to relax—plenty of chairs for sunbathing and the water’s perfect for a quick dip. The gym’s solid too—well-equipped and works for all fitness levels. One of the best parts? Many of the rooms come with washer/dryers and full kitchens, which makes longer stays super convenient. The studio rooms even have balconies or Juliet balconies. Plus, the location is perfect—easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved my stay. Room featured many amenities and housekeeping kept it impeccably clean. Pool was warm and fabulous to lounge by. The bike rental wound up being my favorite aspect as I was able to bike to the beach and restaurants. Front desk staff and the shuttle driver Michael were AWESOME! So kind, courteous, and helpful.
