Hotel Alarus Luxe

I have lived in this hotel 5 days. My suite room was just amazing. It included bedroom and guest room. Each has bath and wc. Suite ware super clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, so nice sleeping quaranteed. As I stayed in winter, rooms were warm. Location is perfect. Central bus station, Pryvoz bazaar, Deribasovskaya street, Athena center, Seaside park and other popular places in the walking distance. Breakfast also was perfect. Now I have my place to stay in Odesa.

Not sure how a 4 star hotel can have windowless rooms - especially with no air conditioning. The bathroom is pretty and all supplies provided, however the temperature and pressure of the shower has a mind of its own. Room was very small - enough room for a bed and a desk - no bedside table or lamp. The bathroom was almost the same size as the rest of the room. Staff are friendly and speak decent English if you’re not fluent in the native tongue. I would like to leave a higher rating but am just too disgusted by the lack of windows and/or air conditioning. This city is too warm to not allow guests some form of air flow.

After paying for for four nights I decided to stay for three. The manager said a refund for the one night was no problem and I would receive it when checking out. When I checked out the story changed to "we will refund it to your bank account". The money was not paid. I wrote to the hotel and they did not answer me.
