Hotel Albatros

The stuff was super friendly and familiar. Grazie Mille a Giovanni, Vanessa, Salvatore and all the stuff being super friendly and tolerant. (I don’t know all the names but I mean all of them) Also the cleaning lady (don’t know the name either) but were super nice and lovely to me and my little son. We loved the hotel, everything was super clean and enjoyable. Location was good and they had a shuttle including. We will definitely miss you and thank you so much for this wonderful time and this lovely memories.

Hotel was amazing - the room was clean & comfy. Pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent! However the Air conditioner didn't work - when we asked for assistance no one seemed to care. Being Canadian Air conditioning is a must-have.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at coming from a person who travels pretty often. The staff is so rude specifically one of the receptionist by the name of Donatella. She insulted me and my party. She continuously refused to listen and pass on our concerns. Refused to let us speak to a supervisor or manager. She had no problem giving attitude and rolling her eyes. She’s a person that shouldn’t be working a job communicating with people. The hotel also ran my card for 4 people while my party was only a party of three. I called the hotel before booking asking if it’s close to the beach since my grandmother was with me and isn’t able for far distance. I was told it’s very close that you can walk. It’s a 15-20 minute walk with going up hill. The shuttle from the hotel was supposed to pick us up when arriving off the ferry and never showed so I had to get a $50 taxi. They were supposed to accommodate our room so that it’s accessible for my grandmother. But they put us on the third floor and keep in mind there is no elevator. Not to mention I also got food poisoning from there included dinner so be careful what you eat. I would never in my life stay here again or recommend staying here unless you want a trip full of bad experiences. This hotel should be embarassed for their behavior towards people and also embarassed for how easily it is to lie to a person just so that you are more inclined to book with them. My whole experience here was absolutely disgusting so take your money and stay elsewhere because for a cheaper hotel on the island it ends up costing you more with having to pay for transportation’s to get anywhere
